Christmas Tree Backroads Run

On December 1st, 2007 we met up in Naches for the Eastern Washington Off Road member Christmas Tree Run. We had a small turn out on this cold day.

From Naches we headed toward Rimrock Lake. Demontang was the trail boss for this run.

We drove around until Demontang decided this was a place to get a tree.

Demontang's wife stopped and waited with her Explorer while we took a trail that had some deeper snow on it.

My dogs had fun in this deeper snow. Pepper (the little dog) had to jump like a rabbit to move though the snow.

We have a big fake tree up stairs in the living room for the family. We just thought it would be fun to do a run for a club Christmas Tree and it was. Everyone had a great time.

We had to run to a party right after we got home so the tree is just now making it in side. It was a fun run and I look forward to doing it again. I will get pics of are trees after there all decorated. :cheers:

Looks like good times; times to remember. We had been waiting to hear from our kids and grand kids whether they would make it up for a BDNW Christmas Tree Run and it turns out they will. That is why I cancelled out on the Dec 8th Slab Run. I hope we have as much fun on our Christmas Tree Run as you guys did.
