This was a real fun event. I had a great time talking to everyone. We had a good turn out at the aworc.com booth and gave info out for Tread Lightly, the Eastern Washington Off Road Forum and the ORV Trail Watch. We had a few people sign up for the ORV Trail Watch too. I got a good deals on some parts. I plan to go back next year. Thank you "4wheelingplus.com" for sponsoring the aworc.com booth.

I didn't have much chance to say hi to Ron because he was busy selling stuff. So I'll do it now. Hi again, Ron, and thanks for promoting the club. Neat! After looking at some of those tricked out Jeeps at the swap meet it made me want to take mine home and blow it up. WHERE do people get so much money?????

Every year this meet is gets emptier and emptier. I can't figure out why it doesn't turn around. You would think that Yakima, being centrally located, would be a good location. :dontknow:

I bought a chevy part and a guy with me bought some Toyota hubs, so its not all jeep stuff. Maybe they should change the name to ORV or Auto swap meet. Maybe your right, people think its Jeep only.

Wish we could have made it :sad11: to the swap meet if only for support (no money) but we were getting trail ready with the Charokee (needed some work) to take Friday night and other chores. Sorry, hope to next year.

Hate to say it but gas prices dude... it's killing everyone. It's a long way to drive to sell your junk.

Thanks again Ron for all your support and thanks for the shirt :headbang:

It's a great centrally located spot and I agree that it should be bigger/better than it was, BUT the economy is slowing everything down.

I'll be there again next year. I had 8 spots this year so maybe I'll do 10-12 spots next year?

I had friends drop stuff off for me to sell in our section. You guys are welcome to do the same. Just bring what you want sold and tell me the lowest you will accept for it and then we wait and see if it sells.

Hmmmm... I never thought about that. It's definetly more than just jeeps. I'll mention this the next time I talk to Ron Rutherford.

I thought it was $3 per person? As a vendor I would happily pay a couple dollars more for my spots if the entrance fees were kept really low and/or FREE.

To everyone: Did they give you a ticket or anything when you come in as a buyer or did they just let you in after you pay? If they give you a ticket it would be cool if the vendors took the entrance amount off your 1st purchase. Just give the vendor your entrance ticket and the price of you 1st item is $3 less. :dontknow: :dontknow:

Make sure to send me a pic of your new toy once you got it installed. :)
