Today members of my club (Central Washington Offroaders) and I got together to do a trail cleanup on one of our most popular trail over here. There were five of us in total. The event was supposed to be much bigger and the headcount was a solid large one a month ago but you know how it goes come time to actually do it. Well I was very impressed with the five of us that stuck with it and made it out. We were cleaning for about 2.5 hours and when some of the guys needed to get to other gatherings planned we called it a day. It was a good time getting to work with these guys. I have done trail clean ups in the past with buddies but nothing on this side of the mountains. This particular trail needs much more work and we will likely get another clean up going next spring. I hope it was okay to post up our event here. I know its not a trail run but it is trail run related. Here are pics.
