Where can I go this time of year with the jeep/quads?
I live near Wenatchee and usually hang around Liberty,Manastash, green dots during the summer but where can I go close while I wait for the snow to melt up high?
Beverly dunes?
Anyplace else?
Thanks, Tim

Maybe Odessa for the quads? Clockum for Jeeps.
We have a run to the Clockum in a few weeks.
Wenas Wife Life Area, Moses Lake Dunes, The Slab and a few Green Dot roads at the Ahtanum State Forest (mainly snow wheeling). There maybe a few other Green Dot roads here and there.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.. I will do some research and get us all out of the house one of these weekends.
Is there a thread about the clockum trip? That will be no quads correct?

Is there a thread about the clockum trip? That will be no quads correct? The Colockum trip is a Yakima/Kittitas Forest Watch run open to Forest Watch Volunteers (http://forestwatchvp.org). This is a county road where only street legal vehicles can drive.
For more info on the Forest Watch Volunteer Program (http://forestwatchvp.org/) see http://ForestWatchVP.org. It's FREE!

Correct me if I am wrong..
The green DOT areas will be snowed in (or are there some pretty low areas that are open?)
Out of Odessa, The Slab, and Moses lake dunes, which would you suggest for a nice day ride with a mix of quads and jeeps?

Wenas is where I usually go with the kids/quads (from the north side) I will have to take a drive up and see if they switched over from snowmobiles yet.
The North Wenas is closed until May. The Wenas Wildlife Area off of Durr Road is open all year to wheel vehicles.

I've ridden there once and there was nobody around... unlike the pic/event above. It's a cool ride. Not may trees, but still cool. Nice town as well.
